Returns
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the product purchase price. If you wish to return an item, you must contact info@RallyCarTECH.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return in order to receive the required RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Once issued an RMA#, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage to our location in Oregon for refund processing. Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 30 days from date of receipt if received in resalable (as-new) condition-packed in original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and all components.
Refunds
Original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded to your method of payment (against the card, or to your PayPal account) if return is received in condition describe ablove. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned parts as the shipping is a service rendered by your chosen postal carrier, and cannot be recouped from the carrier. A restocking charge may apply on items that are missing components, are considered non-stocking parts, are outside of the 30 day return period, etc. Do not return any products C.O.D. as it cannot be accepted by our warehouse. Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. books, DVD's, videos, special order items etc). The outbound freight charge for returned items is not refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of the return date, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
